Strategic Targets

Tele2 has moved from a diverse telecom service company to a sharp mobile operator. Our history has shown that Tele2’s track record in running an efficient mobile business has been and still is best in class. We would like to leverage on that experience. Our success is based on good quality services to the best price at all times.

Over the last couple of years, Tele2 has changed its business scope significantly. The goal has been to create a stronger and more profitable operator with larger focus on mobile services over own infrastructure, complemented in some markets by fixed broadband. Going forward we are committed to become even more mobile and expand our business eastwards. Our goal is to be the mobile provider choice and offer the best deal.

Tele2 will increase its ambition when it comes to business to business services. In selective countries we will continue to provide technical solutions to our corporate clients. Austria, the Netherlands and Sweden are great examples where we offer corporate solutions. Russia, the Baltic region and Croatia have the greatest potential of increasing our market share, servicing small and medium sized enterprises as well as larger organizations.

OUR CUSTOMERS
Both private consumers and corporate customers are becoming more demanding. They are looking for good quality services that are fast and intuitive to use at affordable prices. Our job is to offer them that. By listening closely to our customers’ needs, focusing on services that make sense and creating value for them, we get satisfied and loyal customers.

Tele2 has traditionally been a more consumer-oriented company. But as we see good potential in product development and growth in the corporate market, we will increase our ambition regarding business-to-business services, mainly in the small and medium size enterprises (SME) segment. SME customers have similar needs to consumers; hence this is a natural development of the Tele2 business. The focus now lies in raising the quality of our products and customer services even more.
