I need an Employer Branding Specialist to drive forward and be responsible for Employee Branding at my department Tele2 Way@Work. Our mission is to set a strategy and do some operational planning connected to it. We want to attract and keep the best employees so we need to set a plan on how we do that, working close with Market Communication, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and other People-focused teams.
When we moved into our brand-new office space a year ago, we went all in on an activity-based way of working and it has led us to become talk of the town and we are proud!
Our new way of working means great freedom in how we work and deliver, as well as vast individual flexibility in how we balance work life and private life. Now we need to take the next step and we need to work out what that step is, together.
Now we need your experience and bold ideas to plan the way ahead for our Employee Branding. Or– to sum things up – to make sure we attract and keep the very best people. I believe you have at least three years of experience within this field and that you can speak and write both English and Swedish fluently.
