The Projects and Quality Office within Shared Operations is responsible to provide top notch Project Managers to projects in all European countries where Tele2 operates.
PQO is also responsible to secure a world class Project Governance and superior Process and Quality support.
We are now looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen our position.
You will work in the group Quality & Value Management, within The Projects and Quality Office, which main focus are to ensure the quality in all areas of Shared operations responsibility and as part of this we have started to build a team of Business Analysts. The main responsibility will be to ensure that projects will be able to meet business goals, and the BA will manage overall business requirements to functional requirements. Work closely with Project initiators and other stake-holders, preferably in feasibility studies prior to the starting of Projects. All to ensure a smooth start for project managers.
You will be working with the functions within Shared operations as well as the different Tele2 countries. We are in the forefront laying the foundation for the rest of the organization meaning being proactive in the work.
- Relevant University degree
- Experience from working with business processes and requirement elicitation
- Knowledge from the telecommunication industry, IT or equivalent
- Some technical understanding/experience
- Proven ability to work in teams in complex environments at different geographical sites
- Proven ability to deliver under pressure
