Customer Support Specialist

Permanent position Riga Full time/40h English Deadline: 2017-11-23

Your main tasks will be:

  • Resolve technical incidents in dialogue with our customers
  • Providing customer service by phone and e-mail
  • Setting up new customers and helping them getting started with IoT 
  • Be part of the IoT Service Desk and as well as the global IoT team

This role is meant for You, if You have:

  •  Strong knowledge of English, both written and verbal
  • Experience in customer support
  • Self driver personality with excellent communication skills 
  • Operative and flexible personality with good problem solving skills

As an advantage, you have:

  • Experience in Troubleshooting (Telecom) & Machine -2 - Machine / Internet of Things
  • University degree from technical field or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of Telecom Systems and Mobile Networking
