Support Specialist Integration platform

ISD Maintenance & Support team’s mission is to provide stable and reliable integrations between all Tele2 business areas, systems, clients and users. Currently trough TIP there are 153 connected systems, averaging 700,000 transactions per system in 1 month.

Permanent position Riga Full time/40h English Deadline: 2017-11-23

Your main tasks will be:

  • Analyze business requirements & their impact on the existing solution
  • Prioritize & deliver outstanding troubleshooting of orders & incidents in order to help Tele2 customers
  • Work cross-functional to complete orders & resolve incidents, both within the team & with other teams
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while paying strict attention to details
  • Contribute to improve our way of working to become even more efficient
  • Take initiative & think outside of the box to find solutions on problems and incidents

This role is meant for You, if You have:

  • 1- 2 years working experience within IT support
  • University degree in either IT or Telecom (students can apply too)
  • Basic level of SQL
  • Fluency in English, both spoken & written
  • Patient, service minded, accurate and responsible personality with strong personal drive and desire for self-learning
  • Ability to work both on your own & play well in a team
  • Passion for implementing new ideas in daily work
  • An attitude to do things professionally & on time
