Technical Support Specialist

CO-SSC Order team, within Tele2 AB, support the Swedish Customer Operations & report directly to the Billing & Administration within Consumer Support in Sweden. Initially, we handle tasks within Order New, Order Intake and Order Stuck.

Permanent position Riga Full time/40h English Deadline: 2017-10-19

Your main tasks will be:

  • Handle tasks (Phone/Non Phone) from Customer Service regarding order issues
  • Continuous process/task improvements and follow-up on them, boost efficiency within a team and the stakeholders
  • Follow the procedures to fix the errors and identify common trends
  • Control the incidents/service requests by holding an ownership – fixing, monitoring, etc.
  • Follow the documentation path and keep it up-to-date
  • Cooperate daily with the colleagues in Tele2 SSC & other Tele2 countries

This role is meant for You, if You have:

  • Self-driven & highly organized personality, willing to dig deep into field of Troubleshooting
  • Previous experience in a customer service related position
  • A customer-focused & solution-oriented mindset with ability to learn quickly new IT systems, enjoying work in a fast pace as well
  • Good communication skills, ability to work both on your own & in a team
  • Excellent English skills, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge in Siebel, ITSM, Telecommunications will be considered as an advantage
