Manager of IoT NOC

Permanent position Riga Full time/40h English Deadline: 2017-11-30

Your main tasks will be:

  • Managing and developing your team of Technical Support specialists
  • Be responsible for handing Incidents, Problems and Changes in regards to our provided services
  • Follow up on agreed deliverables towards our customers
  • Perform Monitoring / Surveillance of our services
  • Drive process development and optimization
  • Run improvement projects for expansion and development of our services and coworkers
  • Vendor interface
  • Act as primary point of escalation for customers regarding technical support questions
  • Establish strong relationships with our internal stakeholders 
  • Capture customer requests, to distribute the requests within the organization as well as taking ownership over them

This role is meant for You, if You have:

  • Experience of being a manager within Telecom/IT, preferable within Technical support or Network Operations
  • Experience of working with large enterprises
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • A solid interest in developing others
  • Self-driven personality with ability to work independently and take critical decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge in any other language is meritorious
