Tele2 Global Executive Trainee Program

We place our trainees where they belong. At the top.

As an Executive Trainee you will work closely with a Leadership Team member, assisting in his or hers daily work for twelve months. If successful, you will in addition be given a challenging six month project within the Tele2 Group or at another Kinnevik company. The trainee positions are divided into general and technical positions.

General positions – trainee to:
• President & CEO + CFO
• Market Area Director Nordic
• Market Area Director Western Europe
• Market Area Director Central Europe & Eurasia
• Market Area Director Russia
• Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Technical positions – trainee to:
• Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
• Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Executive Trainees will be recruited and located in Stockholm, Amsterdam and Moscow, depending on which Leadership team member you will assist and have as mentor.

We have just finalized the recruitment process to the Trainee program that starts in September 2011. The next recruitment process will start early in 2012, more details will be published during fall 2011.
