Governance

As of the 1st of July 2005 Tele2 applies the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, "the Code", which is based on a comply-or-explain principle, i.e. deviations from the Code are permitted but must be explained.

Application of the Code

Openness and flexibility are two of Tele2's most important values, which permeate the entire company and are reflected in the way the company has adopted the Code.
