Describe a typical day at work!
The typical day can consist of a lot of meetings, learning new tools or working as a team on a big release. I am, since a while back employed as a QA, but I am also enrolled in the IT-talent program.

What are the highlights of your day?
Completing a difficult task, managing a new tool or just simply learning something new.

What surprised you the most when you started at Tele2? 
Tele2’s office is much well-designed which encourages you to be at the modern-built office a lot. I was also very happy to learn about the diversity and openness of people here at Tele2.

What made Tele2 stand out from other employers?
Tele2 has a very clear direction for its employees and as a company. Diversity, inclusion and my favorite, being fearless.

What part do you enjoy the most in your role as an IT talent? 
I enjoy learning from others and making new connections and friends. I also enjoy working as a team together with the other IT-talents, it makes everything much more enjoyable.

How was the recruitment process? 
The recruitment process for me personally was before I got employed at Tele2. I did my internship which was worth 3 months, later on an IQ test, personality test and a few interviews. 

Why do you recommend applying for the program?
It gives you the opportunity to really grow and learn, you’ll make connections, friends and you’ll be able to access tools and information needed for future reference.

What motivates you being at Tele2?
Everybody’s helpful and non-judgmental. It makes me feel like I’m in a safe environment and it motivates me to not be afraid to ask questions. 

Best experience at Tele2 so far?
The opportunity to work as a QA with my current team and at the same time being at the program.

What is your best career advice for students who are about to start their careers?It will be difficult and you won’t understand everything; that’s why it’s important to listen and observe. By listening and watching others, you can learn a lot. And never be afraid to ask.
