Com Hem has signed an exclusive agreement with SSM Bygg & Fastighets AB to provide broadband services for the company's upcoming new production projects.
In the first phase of the multi-year agreement, 1,250 apartments in the Stockholm area will have access to TV and broadband services at speeds of up to 1 Gbit/s.
“SSM has high ambitions for the housing standards of its customers, so we are flattered to be their chosen provider of entertainment and utility services over our high-speed broadband, as well as Sweden’s broadest range of television services,” says Stefan Trampus, Director of Sales at Com Hem.
The first two projects will be open for occupancy in the second quarter of 2016.
“Our target group, Tomorrow’s Stockholmers, consume many hours of media every day and high-speed connectivity is essential for them. Through this agreement with Com Hem, we can now offer the best connectivity in the market in our projects,” says Mattias Roos, CEO of SSM.
