General Shareholders' Meetings

The General Meeting is the company's highest decision-making body according to the Swedish Companies Act. 

The Annual General Meeting elects the Board of Directors and the company's auditors, and moreover, amongst other things, decides on changes in the Articles of Association. At the General Meeting shareholders are given the opportunity to speak, put forward proposals and pose questions to the Board and CEO.
