We offer a variety of health-related activities, an annual wellness allowance, and support to help our people feel good – inside and out. In Sweden, our employee club Come2gether organises a wide range of fun sports and leisure activities open to everyone. We also encourage regular one-on-one check-ins between leaders and employees, with some meetings specifically focused on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
