2003 FOURTH QUARTER & FULL YEAR RESULTS MEETING & CONFERENCE CALL

Tele2 AB, the leading alternative pan-European telecommunications company, will announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2003 at 6 am CET on Monday, 9 February 2004.
The company will present the results, in Swedish, at a meeting at Brasserie by the Sea (Tullhus 2), Skeppsbrokajen, Stockholm, at 7.45 am CET on Monday, 9 February 2004.
The company will host a conference call for the global financial community at 3 pm (UK) / 4 pm (CET). Both the meeting and the conference call will be webcast in listen-only mode on Tele2's website at www.tele2.com.
