Tele2 AB: Change in the number of votes in Tele2 AB

Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today announced that as of 30 August 2013 the number of shares in Tele2 AB amounts to 448.783.339 shares of which 20.261.316 are Class A shares, with ten votes each, and 425.373.023 are Class B shares and 3.149.000 are Class C shares with one vote each. The total number of votes in the company amounts to 631.135.183.

In August, the number of shares in the company was unchanged compared to the previous month. However, the number of votes in the company has during August decreased with 6.539.850 as a consequence of the reclassification of 726.650 Class A shares into Class B shares.
