Tele2 has been assigned a preliminary rating from Standard & Poor’s rating services (S&P), based on the enlarged company following the proposed merger with Com Hem.
Based on regular reviews and a close dialogue with S&P, the financial performance of Tele2 is evaluated and potential rating changes communicated to the financial markets. Tele2’s aim is to maintain its investment grade rating.

S&P Global Ratings today assgined its prelimineray 'BBB' long-term and 'A-2' short-term issuer credit ratings to Swedish telecommunications operator Tele2 AB on the combined entity. The outlook is stable.
