How does your work at Tele2 challenge you?

My work challenges me every day. In accounting, you have to be thorough and make sure there are no errors. Also, you have to make sure to not be late with our invoices or payrolls.

Tell us about a major challenge that you have faced at work?

The biggest challenge was when I applied for another position in our department. My previous work experience and passion created the opportunity and I took it. It was hard to change role and there were a lot of new things to learn, but thanks to my great colleagues, I felt supported.

What made Tele2 stand out from other employers?

The people who work at Tele2 are very positive and help one another and I think that makes Tele2 stand out. Tele2 as a company values people for their knowledge in different fields and make them feel like they all are important for the company's overall success.

What kind of person would succeed at Tele2?

If you are a positive and proactive person who can think outside the box and who is willing to walk the extra mile, you will do really well.

What are your hobbies or passions outside of work?

One of my main hobbies is gardening. Gardening for me is a great way to relax after a day at work and a great way to be outdoors. I also like to decorate at home, especially when we have friends over for parties. I like to entertain guests in a beautiful home that makes them feel welcome. I also have an unusual hobby in the winter when I go to Peipusa for ice-fishing on the lake. It's a great winter activity!
