Eddie Hagberg, EVP CFO trainee

What will you do as a trainee at Tele2?

During my year, I will follow our group CFO and be involved in the CFO's daily work and various areas of responsibility. In addition to that, I’ll work on investor relations and preparation of quarterly reports and other financial reporting.

Which of our values: reliable, insight driven, and collaborative do you like best, and why?

Reliable. It puts the focus on the fact that you have a responsibility to support your colleagues and do your absolute best in every task. I also believe that trust in one's colleagues is crucial to creating a great workplace. 

What are you most looking forward to during the year?

I’m most looking forward to the time I’ll spend absorbing knowledge from the CFO and other stars in the finance department. I also hope to participate in projects with other parts of the company. At the moment I’m also looking forward to pre- and post-work on quarterly reports, but ask me again after Q3!
