Liwia Larsson

CFO trainee

Liwia has studied Industrial Engineering and Management and she has a master's in Quality and Operations Management at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. Alongside her studies, she has worked with customer service at Swedbank and as Inventory Manager at Volvo Cars.

What will you do as a trainee at Tele2?

As a CFO trainee, I will support our CFO Charlotte Hansson and our Finance Leadership Team. I will also collaborate a lot with Stefan Billing, Head of Investor Relations, meet our investors and be involved in the work with quarterly reports and annual reports. Besides that, I have a few interesting projects going on.

Which of our values ​​reliable, insight driven and collaborative do you like best, and why?

Reliable. For me, it is important to be reliable, both professionally and personally. It’s very positive that reliable is such a strong value at Tele2, especially considering that we play an important role in functioning of the society.

If I meet you by the coffee machine, what would be subject to chit-chat about?

Movies - I love going to the cinema and popcorn is the best thing I know. The Lord of the Rings trilogy are my all-time favorite movies. I also like to try new restaurants, I am happy to exchange my best restaurant tips in Gothenburg for your go-to places in Stockholm.

What are you most looking forward to during the year?

I look forward to the huge opportunity to get to know Tele2 and myself. I want to learn everything about the company and there is no better start than being a trainee. A lot of things are happening at Tele2, and I already feel that this is a place where I can thrive and realize ideas.​​​​​​​

What are your future plans?

I want to continue to be challenged and seek new development opportunities. I see myself working with strategy issues and business development, something I am particularly passionate about.
