Patrik Marco Karlsson, EVP B2C trainee

What will you do as a trainee at Tele2?

As a B2C Trainee I will carry out a variety of work and no two days will be the same. At the beginning of the program, I will work more intensively with our CCO and the team to learn about the work and gain an understanding of strategy and the market. In the meantime, I’ll prepare presentation materials, structure meetings, create agendas and support various projects. Later in the program, I’ll be taking the initiative myself, analyzing and producing materials and working on projects.

Which of our values: reliable, insight driven, and collaborative do you like best, and why?

All these values are of course important as they have a synergy with each other. However, I would say that the value word "collaborative" is extremely important for us to achieve our business goals. For me, collaboration is a strength created by a diversification of skills. Utilizing team members' skills and working towards common goals creates value with both quality and precision. We are strong together, and at Tele2 it shows, both internally and in the market.

What are you most looking forward to during the year?

I’m of course looking forward to a variety of challenges. I look forward to strengthening my professional qualities by gaining a better understanding of our business strategies and the market. Then I’m really looking forward to being part of the change that is taking place, participating in projects, and making a difference for all our customers.
