Tele2 to acquire minority stakes in its Russian mobile operation in Rostov
Stockholm - Tele2 AB, ("Tele2"), (Stockholm Stock Exchange: TEL2 A and TEL2 B), announced today that it has signed the contract to acquire the remaining 12.5 percent in the company "Rostov Cellular Communication", in the Russian region of Rostov.
After this acquisition Tele2 will own 100 percent of the company's shares. Tele2 will pay approximately SEK 350 million, a part of the amount will be paid after 36 months of the completion.
This is the last minority stake in Tele2 Russia and after this acquisition Tele2 will own 100% of its Russian operation.
