How important is it for you to be challenged at work and in other parts of your life?

I think challenge is what makes you think creatively and keeps you focused on what you are doing and why you are doing it.

What kind of person succeeds at Tele2?

If you are a proactive person and if results motivate you it is likely that you will thrive as a person and be an invaluable asset for Tele2.

What surprised you the most when you started at Tele2?

When you start working at Tele2, you immediately become an important player. You feel that your work matters from day one and that in itself is a great motivator to continue moving forward. I wasn't prepared for that to be honest.

What made Tele2 stand out from other employers?

I think what makes Tele2 stand out in the corporate world is the flat organization. It makes it easy to approach top management and you have the freedom to act on your own.

When is your work the most rewarding?

The biggest satisfaction is when my insights and analysis lead to decisions and changes that have a positive impact on our customers. For me that is truly rewarding.

What are your hobbies or passions outside of work?

I love running! And when I say running I mean marathons, like 42 km. I have already finished more than five marathons.
