What does it mean being IT talent?
Being an IT Talent means I have get an opportunity to bring in the best ideas from school and use the learnings in a corporate world to help our organization grow.

Best experience at Tele2 so far?
During the introuction week we got to meet managers from different domains and it was great to see the big picture from everyone’s point of view, and to see how each domain works together to make Tele2 the smartest telco in the world.

Which is your favorite company value?
I would say Flexible, because it defines a broader perspective of things around our work culture, both in terms of how we approach things but also it help us to define our attitude how we cope up with the everchanging environment around us.

What are the highlights of your day?
I would say the chance to meet and hear from different people from different teams is the best part of the day.

What is the working environment like?
Due to covid-19 we haven’t had the chance to work at the office so often, but it’s a very open and collaborative culture and, when we get to spend time at the office, a nice environment with a mix of quiet and team spaces and free seating policy.

How was the recruitment process?
The recruitment process was meticulously designed. After our initial interviews, we had an onsite assessment day which I think gave us an opportunity to have a look at the Tele2 culture and interact with different Project Managers and Unit Heads.

Why do you recommend applying for the program?
1. The program is so well structured 2. It is a great chance to learn and grow in your career.

How much time to get to spend with the other IT talents?
We meet once a week for some formal planned training but otherwise we are always in contact and feel free to help each other.
