Andreas Ström, EVP DCT trainee

What will you do as a trainee at Tele2?

I will support DCT's EVP and the rest of DCT's management team, wherever I’m needed.. I’ill contribute with a new perspective and ways of thinking and participate in different projects - hopefully throughout the whole of Tele2. In return, I’ve been given an opportunity where I’ve already learned an incredible amount -  a learning that will continue.

Which of our values: reliable, insight driven, and collaborative do you like best, and why?

Although I’m a very analytical and logical person, with a preference for an insight driven mindset, I believe that collaborative is what is most important to me personally. Working together with others often brings a whole new level of quality, not to mention a lot more fun.

What are you most looking forward to during the year?

I’m mostly looking forward to the opportunity to participate in the environment I now find myself in. I’s an opportunity I’m very happy to have received, which I believe will push my personal development forward quickly, something that’s very important and a great source of motivation for me.
