We therefore constantly challenge ourselves to grow our business in a smart way that is truly responsible - by running a sustainable business while contributing to a better future.  

To make a difference, our sustainability efforts are focused on five areas, which are integrated into all our business operations. With our Code of Conduct as a foundation to everything we do, we are committed to operate in an ethical and compliant way. We strive for an organization that reflects our customer base, one that is diverse and inclusive regardless of gender, origin or identity. Privacy and integrity are always top of mind, as we continue to develop our services for both consumers and businesses in a world where data can increasingly be exploited, if not protected and secure. We also do our utmost to reduce the environmental impact of our operations. Lastly, we strive to make the internet a better and safer place for children. 

We set these high expectations throughout the Tele2 footprint and organization, and all our employees must retrain and sign the same Code of Conduct every year. Our ambition to lead in sustainability reduce risks, create trust and strengthen our business, while contributing to a better future. This is our commitment as we continue our efforts to be the smartest telco in the world, creating a society of unlimited possibilities.
